Operations Intern

Project description

With this internship you get the opportunity to work in the operational department. You will assist in all types of activities, from supporting students in their projects, to giving introduction tours, organizing weekly activities, and support in the organization of accommodation, internships, volunteer projects and more.

As an assistant in the operational department, you get the unique experience of getting to know local projects and families. As you will be communicating with local families and projects, you have to be able to communicate in Spanish.

Moreover, in this position you will be directly in contact with both clients and providers.

You will work with clients from all over the world, from the United States, Europe, Asia, and other Latin American nationalities.

Clients will come to you with questions, problems, comments, or maybe just a chat. You will be one of the faces of the company and will provide high-quality customer service.

What are we looking for?

For this position we are looking for someone with:

• A social and open personality
• Skills in flexibility and adaptability, due to the cultural differences
• A genuine interest (and related study) in international business, quality management, customer service, languages, and/or organization and management
• Language skills: Basic/intermediate spanish, fluent English
• Skills in planning and organization
• Skills in customer service
